The Mail Junction – Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of The Mail Junction email services (“Service”) provided by Inspired Media Group LLC (“Company”). All users must comply with this Policy to ensure responsible, legal, and respectful use of the Service.

• Interfere with Service: Attempt to disrupt, degrade, impair, or interfere with the functionality, security, or integrity of The Mail Junction or its users.

2. System & Network Security

Users are prohibited from:

• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any systems, networks, or accounts connected to The Mail Junction.
• Testing Vulnerabilities: Scanning, probing, or testing the vulnerability of the Service without written permission.
• Resource Abuse: Overloading servers, engaging in denial-of-service attacks, or any action that interferes with the normal operation of the Service.

3. User Responsibility

• Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials.
• Content Ownership: Users are responsible for all content sent or received through The Mail Junction using their accounts.
• Reporting Violations: Users should promptly report any violations of this Policy to the Company.

4. Enforcement & Consequences

• Investigation: Inspired Media Group LLC may investigate suspected violations of this Policy.
• Remedial Action: The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, block email transmissions, or remove content in case of violations.
• Legal Compliance: The Company will cooperate with legal authorities and may disclose information as required by law.

5. Modifications

Inspired Media Group LLC reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes and are responsible for reviewing and complying with the Policy updates.
