These Purchase Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the purchase and use of The Mail Junction software and related services (“Service” or “Software”) provided by Inspired Media Group LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using the Software, you (“Customer” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

  1. License Grant

Upon full payment of applicable fees, Inspired Media Group LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use The Mail Junction solely for your internal business or personal use, subject to these Terms.

  1. Fees and Payment

All prices are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. Fees are due at the time of purchase or in accordance with the billing terms specified at the time of your subscription or order. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Late or unpaid fees may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.

  1. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect for the duration of your subscription or license period unless terminated earlier:

  • By You: You may terminate by canceling your subscription or account, subject to our cancellation policy.
  • By Us: We may terminate your access to the Service immediately for violation of these Terms, including our Acceptable Use Policy.

Upon termination, your right to use The Mail Junction will cease, and you must delete any locally stored data or backups obtained through use of the Service, if applicable.

  1. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to The Mail Junction, including but not limited to the software, source code, user interfaces, logos, trademarks, and content, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Inspired Media Group LLC or its licensors.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works from the Software without our express written consent.

  1. Acceptable Use

Use of The Mail Junction is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), which outlines prohibited conduct, including spam, abuse, and unlawful activity. Violation of the AUP may result in immediate termination of your account and access to the Software without refund.

  1. Updates and Maintenance

Inspired Media Group LLC may provide updates, patches, or maintenance releases from time to time. While we strive for minimal disruption, we may temporarily suspend access to the Service for planned maintenance or unanticipated outages.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inspired Media Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability under these Terms, whether in contract or tort, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Mail Junction is provided by Inspired Media Group LLC on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, availability, or suitability of the Service for any purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inspired Media Group LLC specifically disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components such as viruses.

You use The Mail Junction at your own risk. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from Inspired Media Group LLC or through the Service, shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.

  1. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we handle your personal data and email activity. By using The Mail Junction, you consent to the collection and use of this data in accordance with our policy.

  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Monmouth County, New Jersey.

Inspired Media Group LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes via email or through the Service interface. Continued use of the Software following such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
